The 3 Tracks
What does it really take for a person to fully transform who they are from the inside out? If you’re ready to change who you are in your life, shift your habitual patterns, upgrade your consciousness and truly heal, there’s a level of depth and commitment to the path that is required.
The Luminous program was designed with this in mind. All of the Luminous 2-Year Program tracks include a deep level of support, community holding, and practice that we feel is the minimum needed to integrate the teachings and support all students in their awakening and healing. The different tracks provide different levels of depth and personalized support for students to choose from depending on their needs and what their life can support at this time.
The Basic Track
Including 8 immersive, life-changing modules, and many opportunities in between to practice and heal, the Basic Track offers all the opportunity you need to begin to transform your karmic patterns and awaken to the truth of who you are.
The Basic Track is for you if you are ready to commit to two years of growth, transformation, practice and healing deeply supported by community. This track is best for those who are fairly independently motivated to work on their own healing, and perhaps already have outside support from therapists or healers.

Foundations Online Module
Develop a solid foundation for your Luminous journey with this comprehensive introductory online module. You’ll learn about the levels of mind, energetic anatomy and your energetic field, how to cultivate meta awareness, introductory developmental and attachment repair practices, how to cultivate a new heart-centered wisdom culture on Earth, and the importance of the spiritual Path.
7 Immersive Modules
Attend 7 4-day modules: Air, Water, Tree, Fire, Earth, Realm and Crystal. These are immersive trainings offered both virtually and in-person at a beautiful retreat center in Colorado.
7 Hologram Classes – online via Zoom
Explore how the awakened and shadow qualities show up through the entire hologram of your life. Learn to shift these holographic patterns in your inner world, your body, your home, your partnership, your family, your work, and your community.
18 Community Meditations (monthly) - Walking the Path
Practice shifting your level of mind from ordinary consciousness all the way to awakened simultaneous awareness. By strengthening your awareness with clear pointings, the amplified field of the sangha, and regular practice, you will deepen your access to your awakened nature. Over time, you’ll increase the frequency and duration that you can maintain your awakened view until, one day, this becomes the stable basis from which you experience all of life.
7 Home Group Meetings
Come into deep co-regulation with an intimate group where you can feel safe and beautifully reflected by your peers. Each group member will receive “mini” sessions, where you’ll effortlessly drop into your present time experience, as vulnerable, raw, and sublime as it might be, and be held in a shared group presence. Advanced community members facilitate these to ensure safe holding.
Online Support Materials
Continue to marinate in the awakened wisdom qualities of air, water, tree, fire, earth, realm, and crystal. A number of meditations and practices will be recorded during each module and shared with you in an online course portal to support and deepen your practice. There will also be practices to repair the ruptures and attachment needs for each shadow quality, and further practices to deepen how these qualities show up as virtues in our life and enhance our healing abilities.
7 Luminous Facilitated Labs
An advanced Luminous teacher will take you deeper into the Luminous material, helping you explore on a personal basis how these teachings apply in your life. These labs are a powerful opportunity to practice the skills learned with fellow students and to explore the material of each module in greater depth. You’ll receive ongoing training, support, and community connection in between each module.
The Deep Dive Track
Including everything offered in the Basic Track, plus smaller group support for healing and practice as well as a personal healing session with the founder of Luminous, the Deep Drive Track offers a more intimate level of support. The Deep Dive Track is for you if you are seeking a more intimate container for your healing process, and offers a chance to connect more closely with the Luminous founder and teacher Anna-Lisa. You’ll also get to know your fellow Luminous students at a more intimate level, with plenty of opportunity to practice and go deep with the Luminous teachings.

15 Three-Hour Healing Groups
Meet in a smaller, more intimate group where everyone will receive personalized healing work, supported by a master Luminous teacher and the co-generated group field. This is an opportunity to deepen bonds with your Luminous community, cultivate a deep sense of safety and security, and be reflected and supported by the loving presence of the group while experiencing powerful healing sessions.
15 Two-Hour Practice Pods
Cultivate your own healing skills and go deeper into your own process. Each practice pod will feature rotating mini healing exchanges, facilitated with practices related to the themes of each module. This is an opportunity to practice your skills, begin to repair the ruptures of each developmental stage, connect with your community, deepen your own healing, and learn to become a walking transmission of healing in your own life.
One Master Healing Session
Receive a one hour session with Luminous founder Anna-Lisa Adelberg. This session will start the process of uncovering the energetic root to your primary issues, help release and re-pattern these issues, and begin to shift you into higher levels of consciousness. This is a unique and rare opportunity to receive healing work from Anna-Lisa, who is prioritizing her healing sessions for deep dive and practitioner students only.
The Practitioner Track
Including everything offered in the Basic Track, plus smaller group instruction and hands-on healing training, the Practitioner Track offers training for those looking to apply Luminous skills in their professional practice or their life. The Practitioner Track is for you if you are a counselor, therapist, coach, healer or other service-oriented individual looking for higher levels of training in awareness, energetic capacity, developmental needs, and attachment repair. Even for those who aren’t actively working as healers, the skills taught in the Practitioner Track can be applied to greatly transform and benefit all relationships in your life.

15 Three-Hour Online Classes
Learn the skills necessary to offer Luminous healing sessions in your own personal practice as a healer, therapist, coach, or counselor. You’ll learn how to systematically heal the 7 stages of development, counseling and therapeutic skills integrated with awareness and energy, how to work with your client’s energy field and more in these comprehensive classes.
15 Two-Hour Practice Pods
Cultivate your new healing skills in a safe container. You’ll give and receive practice sessions with other practitioners-in-training, with a Luminous facilitator available to hold the field and offer practices as you train.
One Master Healing Session
Receive a one hour session with Luminous founder Anna-Lisa Adelberg. This session will start the process of uncovering the energetic root to your primary issues, help release and re-pattern these issues, and begin to shift you into higher levels of consciousness. This is a unique and rare opportunity to receive healing work from Anna Lisa, who is prioritizing her healing sessions for deep dive and practitioner students only.
7 One-Day Hands-On Healing Trainings
During each module, you’ll receive an additional 5th day of in-person training focused on hands-on healing. You’ll receive private instruction on how to work directly with the energy field, while cultivating your non-ordinary perception abilities.
Internship at Module
Internship is an opportunity to give healing sessions supported by the Luminous field and supervised by a Luminous teacher. You'll also receive small, private classes during each module with other advanced students for more personalized instruction.
1 Energetic Hygiene Online Class
Learn the fundamentals of energetic hygiene, and the importance of keeping a clean energetic system in order to stay resourced and aligned as a practitioner.
Practitioner Certification Available
Requirements will be outlined in detail and included in this program for students who wish to be certified as Level 1 or Level 2 Luminous Practitioners. While certification depends on independent study, assessments and development of skills, all components for certification are included in the Practitioner Tracks.
Standalone Option Available for Advanced Returning Students
For returning students who are interested in continuing their studies and practice as a Luminous practitioner, without repeating the full 2-Year Program, we are offering a online standalone training option. You can find more details here.

Application / Enrollment Process
We carefully consider everyone interested in our program in order to create a cohort with diversity and depth, a real commitment to this work, and the capacity to engage fully.
A deposit indicating your genuine interest and an in-depth application are required for all students.
Our program has limited space and fills quickly - last round we had more than 60 people still on our waiting list that we could not accept into the program, because all of our spots were taken. We highly suggest submitting your deposit promptly if you would like to be considered.
Application & Enrollment Steps
- Payment of the $850 application fee.
Applied to your tuition if you are accepted. Refunded if not accepted. - Completion and submission of an in-depth application.
Access to the application submission form will be provided after receipt of your deposit. Please complete your application within 2 weeks of paying your deposit. - If you are accepted, your next step will be to choose a payment plan (financed loans available) and complete all enrollment documents.
- For those who plan to finance the 2-Year Program, when notified of acceptance, payment of $750 tuition down payment is required (bringing your initial payment to $1600). For the Practitioner Track Standalone program, no additional deposit is required. Details included in the acceptance letter.
- The first module begins June 1st, 2024.
Accessibility
Luminous is committed to growing the diversity of our community and to making the teachings more available to those who might not otherwise be able to participate. To begin, we have developed our shorter, less expensive program Walking the Path of Awakening Awareness, we offer financed payment plans over 24 months, and we have BIPOC scholarships and a limited number of need-based Support Team roles.
BIPOC Partial Scholarships
We offer two partial scholarships for NEW students who are black, indigenous, or other people of color and are interested in attending our 2-Year Program. The general student application and acceptance to the program automatically qualify you to be eligible. Up to half the cost of the Basic Package may be covered by a scholarship.
Tuition Reduction for Supporting the Program
Can't afford the program? You can apply for reduced tuition and become a part of the Luminous support team. The support team helps maintain the space, support the teachers, interact with both other students and our retreat centers, host Zoom events, and other tasks as needed. An interview, financial details, and assessment of fit and capacity required in addition to the general application process. Limited positions available.

Dates, pricing, payment plans, and other details may vary for the next program.
Application deposit:

- A $850 application deposit indicates your genuine interest in the program and is applied to your tuition, if accepted, or refunded in full if you are not accepted at this time.
- Enrollment down payment:
- Once accepted, you can pay in full or make a $750 down payment that holds your place in the program and is applied to your tuition along with your application deposit ($1600 total paid toward the program) while we set up a financed payment plan.
- Deposit / Down payment refunds:
- If you are accepted but choose not to enroll, the following refund policies apply:
- If you decline or withdraw prior to May 1, 2024, all but a $300 processing charge is refunded.
- If you decline or withdraw prior to May 25, 2024, all but $600 of any payments made will be refunded.
- If you decline or withdraw after May 25, 2024, your $850 application deposit will NOT be refunded, but any down payment or tuition paid will be refunded if you withdraw before the program start date of June 1, 2024.
- The final drop deadline for all initial enrollees in the 2-Year Programs is July 8, 2024 (one week following the initial 4-day intensive), after which there are no refunds. A few students may join late, in which case your drop deadline will be communicated separately at that time.
- If you are signed up for the Standalone program, the final drop deadline to receive a portion of your deposit back is June 25, 2024.
- Drop deadlines and policies will be provided after acceptance and before making your payment choices.
- If for any reason you are not accepted at this time, your deposit will be returned in full.

Luminous coordinates in-person accommodation for modules at the retreat centers and students pay the retreat center separately and directly. Food and lodging for any additional (optional) in-person events are the responsibility of the student and are not arranged by LAI.
In-Person Accommodation
The modules will all be held at Sunrise Ranch Retreat Center in Loveland, Colorado.
During modules, we will be staying at the beautiful Sunrise Ranch near Loveland, Colorado, about 75 minutes from Denver International Airport.
Lodging covers three nights each module with a choice of options usually ranging from camping to dorm rooms to shared rooms to private rooms. Nine meals plus three snacks are included, from Thursday dinner to Sunday lunch. Additional meals or nights can be added. The cost for food and lodging is about $110-215/night depending on your lodging choices (with around $510 being the average for 3 nights). Camping is available for $95/night. Coming early or staying Sunday night incur additional costs.
There are limited single rooms. Most rooms are shared with a roommate, either same sex or with a specific person by request. Where possible, couples will be offered rooms with a shared double or queen bed.
Details of lodging and the retreat centers will be provided after enrollment and closer to the start of the program. Travel costs and planning are the responsibility of the student, including transportation to and from the retreat centers.
NOTE: Partners or family members not in the program may not stay at the retreat centers (due to limited in-person spots). Also, this is a program for adults and a carefully curated container. Children can not stay at the retreat centers. If you have a young child and wish to have them travel with you, you will need to arrange off-site lodging and care. NO pets are allowed except for ADA service animals with official paperwork provided well in advance.
