General Payment Terms and Conditions

By submitting payment through the Luminous Awareness Institute (LAI) website, I authorize charges to my Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card. I understand that I will be charged based on the payment choice I selected, for the program, product, or offering. A receipt will be emailed to me and the charge will appear on my credit card statement.

Recurring Payments

If I am setting up a recurring financed payment plan for any program or offering of the Luminous Awareness Institute, I agree to the following additional terms and conditions:

I authorize Luminous Awareness Institute to charge the credit card submitted through this payment form on a recurring basis each month. If the above noted payment dates fall on a weekend or holiday, I understand that the payments may be executed on the next business day. I understand that this authorization will remain in effect until I cancel it in writing, and I agree to notify the business in writing of any changes in my account information or termination of this authorization at least 15 days prior to the next billing date. This payment authorization is for the type of bill indicated on my payment form. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the scheduled payments with my credit card company provided the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in this authorization form and any enrollment contracts I sign.

Subtle Self Terms and Conditions

By submitting a tuition payment for Subtle Self through this website, I confirm my enrollment in the Subtle Self program and agree to pay for the program in full, including the deposit and either one up-front payment or 6 monthly payments financed over the course of the program. If I have signed up for a two day trial, I understand that the payment for that option is non-refundable.

I understand that monthly payment plans require a credit card and include a processing fee to manage the account. If payment in full is made in advance, a refund is available up until the start date of the program minus the non-refundable deposit.

I have been informed that the deposit is non-refundable and that no tuition refunds will be issued after the start of the program unless LAI cancels the program. I agree to these terms. I agree that I am responsible for paying the full cost of the program once the posted drop date has passed, whether I am paying in one lump sum or have chosen a financing option over 6 months.

LAI 2-Year Program Terms and Conditions

By submitting a tuition payment for the LAI 2-Year Program (as a new or returning student) through this website, I am confirming my enrollment in the 2-Year program and am agreeing to pay for the program in full, including the deposit and the payment choice I have made (one lump sum, 2 yearly financed payments, or 24 monthly financed payments) unless I withdraw by the drop deadline, which is one week after the first module.

I understand that only one discount may be used, Early Bird or Decisive (available to new students only) per person. Discounts are applied to my tuition as a whole, not to the deposit.

For the 2017-2019 program, I understand that a full refund will only be issued if LAI cancels the 2-Year program or if I am not accepted after submitting my application. If I cancel by September 1, 2017, $600 of my deposit will be returned. If I cancel by November 1, 2017, $300 will be returned to me. In all cases, $250 of my deposit is non-refundable to cover administrative fees. I understand that after November 1, 2017, the entire $850 deposit is non-refundable and I agree to these terms.

I understand that monthly financed payment plans require a credit card and include a processing fee to manage the account. If payment in full is made in advance, a refund is available for students until a week after the first module, minus the tuition for the module and room and board.  I agree that I am responsible for paying the full cost of the program once the posted drop date has passed, whether I am paying in one lump sum or have chosen a financing option.

I understand that Luminous holds the container of each class as sacred and does not enroll new students after the second module, therefore, only students committed to the full 2-Year program remain after module 2.

No refunds for the program will be issued after the drop deadline has passed for any reason, and payment for the full program is expected. I agree to this both in the student contract and by submitting my payment here.
