As a Luminous practitioner, you’ll learn to support others with healing the deep developmental wounds and traumas that hold us back from our fullest expression of self, all while awakening to the already perfect, divine nature within.
For healers, therapists, counselors, coaches, consultants, or anyone else with a service-oriented healing mission, we offer the Luminous Practitioner Track to train you to bring Luminous skills and wisdom to the world.
Getting a certification as a Luminous Practitioner offers a student an incredible range of capabilities. To start, our Level 1 Practitioner Training is designed to give a therapist, or one who is training to become a counselor or healer, the ability to truly understand the factors that generate imbalance within their clients. Combining Parts Work, Attachment Theory, the 7 Character Styles, along with Levels of Mind, offers powerful insights into the client’s specific constitutions. All together, these teach you fundamental counseling skills, and will also take you far beyond them.
In Level 1, we are learning to access the Subtle levels of Awareness and beginning to apply the skills to become a “True Mirror,” healing our Parts and the Attachment System. In the Level 2 Practitioner training, we continue to stabilize and strengthen the fundamentals of Level 1 and take the next step to access Awake and Simultaneous Awareness, applying it to more advanced skills of the healing process.

Practitioner Training Classes: Level 1 & 2
Level 1 is available to New and Returning students. Level 2 is available for Returning students who are already on the Practitioner Path.
The 18 month course includes everything included in the Basic Track package:

Standalone Training
For returning students who have already completed two rounds of LAI AND taken prior practitioner trainings (exceptions could apply with demonstration of necessary skills), we are offering an online standalone training option.
This is for students interested in continuing their studies and practice as a Luminous practitioner, without repeating the full Luminous 2-Year Program.

Level 1 Classes
Learn to give Luminous True Mirror healing sessions
Our Level 1 Certification trains practitioners to give Luminous True Mirror healing sessions. True Mirror sessions work with early developmental and attachment trauma repair, the foundation required for all further healing and growth. You’ll train in how to use high levels of awareness, superpowered counseling skills, and energetic transmission, while beginning to use tracking and hands-on energy work in your sessions.
In the 15 online classes we learn:
- How to systematically heal the 7 stages of development, including the primary needs and ruptures of each stage
- Counseling and therapeutic skills integrated with awareness and energy
- How to use your newly awakened awareness in a relational context for healing
- How to work with your client’s energy field
- How to help clients identify and unmerge from wounded childhood “parts” that are frozen in time
- How to modulate your energy to co-regulate and meet your client’s missing needs at the deep, felt sense level
- How to transmit the wisdom qualities of Air (awake awareness), Water (boundless compassion), and Tree (stable presence)
- How to help clients purify afflictive emotions and beliefs contributing to their suffering

Level 2 Classes
Learn to give Luminous Simultaneous healing sessions
In Level 2, we will learn how to allow the Self-Organizing and Self-Liberating Wisdom to become the source of healing and realization. We will allow the natural liberation process to unfold with effortless grace. In Luminous Simultaneous healing sessions, we begin to work with deeper layers of distortion within the energetic field in order to clear the karmic storehouse —deeper levels of karmic suffering and trauma affecting the human collective as a whole.
Often these sessions are working with experiences that are not limited to this time or dimension. Sometimes what is being processed is difficult to name, as it is beyond our ordinary consciousness and cannot be understood from the limitations of our thinking mind. This is the next level of healing required on the personal path to enlightenment.
Level 2 practitioners also continue to build on their skills for True Mirror sessions, which is fundamental work that must be mastered before moving onto more subtle and refined work of Simultaneous. In order to be successful in Level 2, you must be meditating regularly and practicing off the pillow to have stable access to simultaneous mind. You'll learn from practice, but also by receiving direct transmissions from Anna-Lisa in order to find these states of consciousness.
In the 15 online classes we learn:
- How to use and access non-ordinary perception and the energetic gifts of each of the 7 chakras
- How to develop the energetic healing gifts unique to your personal constitution
- How to awaken your kundalini and refine your ability to work with it
- How to hold a field of awareness energy where healing content can arise spontaneously
- High level energetic tracking and hands on healing skills at the awakened and simultaneous levels
- How to use the wisdom quality of Fire (dynamic energy) in a healing session
- How to further develop the additional wisdom qualities of Fire (dynamic energy), Earth (awakened ground), Realm (multi-dimensional awareness), Crystal (knowing awareness)
- How to find the arising content, track it, recognize it, name it, and metabolize it until it liberates back into truth and wholeness

Hands-On Training
After each of the Luminous 4 day in-person modules, there will be a 5th day of hands on training for Practitioner Track students.
In the 7 hands-on training retreats we will:
- Practice in small groups with private instruction from Anna-Lisa Adelberg and Raina DeLear.
- Learn to give hands-on healing sessions, directly working with the energetic field on and off the body.
- Cultivate your non-ordinary perception abilities unique to each wisdom quality, and harness your own supernatural perceptive capabilities.
- Cultivate the bender abilities of air, water, tree, fire, earth, realm, and crystal (check out more details of each bender quality below) and how to use them in a healing capacity.
Throughout the LAI two-year program, you’ll be learning how to access all dimensions of our awakened wisdom through study, practice, and meditation. As a practitioner, you’ll begin to learn to apply and actively harness the skills and energetic abilities associated with each quality in order to support your clients to awaken to their true nature through healing and realization.

What Are Your Bender Abilities?
The 7 Awakened Wisdom Qualities Applied to Practitioner Skills
Air - Openness and Freedom
Air benders bring a light and spacious spiritual brightness to their work. Air benders have the non-ordinary perception ability of local and non-local awareness, and are able to sense the energy of the space; in the energetic fields that surrounds the body, in the room, and even at great distances. They also have a very subtle and heightened attunement capacity. By using the quality of air in a session, healers bring a spaciousness that allows clients to unmerge and disidentify from the content of their experience.
Water - Interconnectedness, Warmth and Boundless Love
Water benders are able to recognize the preciousness and perfection of all beings. Their non-ordinary perception is having a felt sense of the field, particularly the frequency of emotion and the emotional bodies of their clients. Water benders are able to transmit warm, safe and connected unconditional love, deeply embracing and accepting who you are and what you feel, as the Divine Mother.
Tree - Awakened Presence and Discerning Awareness
Tree benders offer a felt sense of being held, guided, challenged and supported. Their non-ordinary perception ability is discerning awareness, and the ability cut through delusion to reveal the truth. Tree is the quality of Divine Father. Tree benders are able to recognize distorted belief patterns and are able to guide their clients towards the divine truth that relieves suffering.
Fire - Dynamic Awareness - Energy, Enlightened Activity, The Union
Fire benders have access to the dynamic and changing nature of all of life. Their non-ordinary perception is the ability to directly sense what is bound in a client's field and liberate it through the dynamic movement of energy. Fire benders have access to awakened kundalini, and are able to transform, transmute and bring flow to stuck energy.
Earth - Ground of Being, Stability, and Agenda-less Presence
Earth benders bring the quality of agenda-less presence to their sessions, offering stability and ground. Their non-ordinary perception ability is a deep attunement to the body, a connection to the cycles and patterns of life, and the ability to hear the sound of energy. Earth benders have a deep reverence for our natural intelligence and cultivate connection in the body and all of nature and this earth.
Realm - Multi-Dimensional Awareness, All Times and All Space, Here and Now
Realm benders offer a cosmic perspective and bring multi-dimensional awareness to their work. Their non-ordinary perception ability is visionary sight, and they often start accessing past, present, and future timelines in sessions. Realm benders are able to experience the soul, and are able to reflect other beings in their soul.
Crystal - Clarity and Knowing Awareness
Crystal benders see the divine perfection and perfect order of the universe. Their non-ordinary perception comes as a direct knowing, and they have access to a clear mindstream that downloads information from the source of intelligence itself. Crystal benders are a transmission of the clarity-love of heartmind.

Participate in 15 3-hour training sessions with a master teacher. These Zoom sessions will provide advanced trainings that will guide you to deepen your path in the Luminous body of work while providing you with the skills to offer sessions to others. - Fifteen Practitioner Practice Sessions
Participate in 15 practice sessions where you are able to give and receive practice sessions with other Advanced practitioners-in-training. - Seven Hands On Healing Training Sessions

Internship is an opportunity to give healing sessions supported by the Luminous field and supervised by a Luminous teacher. You'll also receive small, private classes during each module with other advanced students for more personalized instruction. - Practitioner Certification Available
Requirements will be outlined in detail and included in this program for students who wish to be certified as Level 1 or Level 2 Luminous Practitioners.
Level 2 Practitioner Training - Online Standalone
Prior Luminous students who have completed two rounds of the LAI 2-Year Program and have taken prior practitioner trainings (exceptions could apply with the demonstration of necessary skills) are eligible to join the Level 2 Practitioner Training as a standalone program without repeating LAI, for reduced cost.
It can take many years to cultivate all the skills that a Luminous practitioner is able to perform. This is an opportunity to continue your practitioner training from your own home without the full financial and time commitment that the LAI 2-Year Program requires.
This is for students who already have advanced skills and are ready to blossom into the full level of what a Luminous practitioner can be!
The Level 2 Standalone Training Includes:
15 Three-Hour Online Classes
Learn the skills necessary to offer Luminous healing sessions in your own personal practice as a healer, therapist, coach, or counselor. You’ll learn how to systematically heal the 7 stages of development, counseling and therapeutic skills integrated with awareness and energy, how to work with your client’s energy field and more in these comprehensive classes.
15 Two-Hour Practice Pods
Cultivate your new healing skills in a safe container. You’ll give and receive practice sessions with other practitioners-in-training, with a Luminous facilitator available to hold the field and offer practices as you train.
One Master Healing Session
Receive a one hour session with Luminous founder Anna-Lisa Adelberg. This session will start the process of uncovering the energetic root to your primary issues, help release and re-pattern these issues, and begin to shift you into higher levels of consciousness. This is a unique and rare opportunity to receive healing work from Anna Lisa, who is prioritizing her healing sessions for deep dive and practitioner students only.
Energetic Hygiene Class
Learn the fundamentals of energetic hygiene, and the importance of keeping a clean energetic system in order to stay resourced and aligned as a practitioner.
Two-Day Healing Retreat in Boulder, CO
While most of the Level 2 Standalone program is online, this two day retreat is an opportunity to come together as a group and practice your hands on healing skills in person. We'll be practicing applying all of the awareness and energetic skills you're cultivating in the training classes and bringing in the qualities of air, water, tree, earth, fire, realm, and crystal, working with the energy field off and on the body. Much of Luminous healing work can be done via Zoom or phone, but there's a section of the work that can only be done in person.
Those enrolled in Level 2 Practitioner training are also able to purchase a la carte options:

This is an opportunity to develop any of the qualities you may still need without repeating the full program. $550 for each 5th Day or $3000 for series, Modules $2100 each, based on availability.

Level 2 Practitioner Online Standalone Payment Options
These details are for those who are standalone Practitioner students with the LAI program.
Enrollment:
- Once accepted, payment in full or setting up your financed option holds your place.
- The following payment options are available after $850 deposit:
- Payment in full: $4,120
- Recurring Payments: $240* a month for 18 months (payment plans include a financing fee)
- First payment is due at enrollment after choosing payment plan.
- *Payment plans include a financing fee. The exact payment amount may vary by a couple of dollars due to interest calculations.
Application Deposit:
An $850 application deposit indicates your genuine interest in the Practitioner Training course and is applied to your tuition.
- If you are accepted but choose not to enroll, the following refund policies apply:
- If you decline or withdraw prior to May 1, 2024, all but a $300 processing charge is refunded.
- If you decline or withdraw prior to May 25, 2025, all but $600 of any payments made will be refunded.
- If you decline or withdraw after May 25, 2025, your $850 application deposit will NOT be refunded, but any down payment or tuition paid will be refunded if you withdraw before the program start date of June 27, 2024.
- The final drop deadline for the all 2-Year Programs is July 8, 2024 (one week following the initial intensive), after which there are no refunds.
- If you are signed up for the Standalone program, the final drop deadline to receive your deposit back is June 25, 2025.
- Drop deadlines and policies will be provided after enrollment.
- If for any reason you are not accepted at this time, your deposit will be returned in full.
We will only be accepting a limited number of Practitioner Training students.
