Join Anna-Lisa for a workshop focusing on Awakening practices with the time and space to integrate in nature, beauty, and a sweet intimate group. We will open into deep states of Awareness then take time for silent walks, sitting by the ocean, deep rejuvenation, and renewal. We will integrate the meditations with relational and embodiment practices and spontaneous healing sessions may occur naturally. The intention of the retreat is to deepen our practices together, relax, rejuvenate, enjoy great food, and wonderful people in a beautiful location.
