Felt Sense And the Ocean of Love Summary

In this video lesson you’ll be guided in a meditation of the “Felt Sense” - the awareness that combines the direct sensations of the body with the ability to feel.   

As you become aware of the felt sense, slowing down enough to listen to the movement of sensations and energy in the body you can begin to notice an awareness that is both deeply relaxed and also bright, warm, and boundlessly unconditional.  This meditation will take you into an exploration of the pervasive field of love characteristic of water and it’s awake and simultaneous qualities.

Felt Sense And The Ocean Of Love Meditation:

Listen to the ‘Felt Sense’ meditation and practice feeling the ‘felt sense’ in your body of the warm, pervasive, and unconditional ocean of love that is eternal and interconnected with all life.  Contract that awareness with that of the ordinary mind and repeat the meditation at least 3 times this week.
